Notes: | Cattleya Chloris is an exceptionally beautiful hybrid. First introduced in 1893 by Veitch & Sons in the Gardners' Chronicle (see 3rd illustration above), it attracted a lot of attention even then. Here we have a remake with blue parents. The most intensive flower colouring is obtained when the day/night difference during bud ripening is 5-7°C, but attention must be paid to air humidity so that the buds do not dry out. |
