The stainless steel hangers are used as hangers for orchi pots, wooden baskets, Vanda baskets, epiphyte pots and a lot more. We offer 2 different types, with a round or a angular head.
The stainless steel hangers with a round head are made from 1mm thick stainless steel rods. We determined the capacity in a self-experiment with 2 - 2.3kg. Because the wire is thin, the ends are easy to bend for hanging.
The stainless steel hangers with a square head are made of 1.2mm stainless steel rods, their capacity is 4.0 - 4.5kg. You notice the higher stability when you want to bend the ends.
When selecting and calculating the load-bearing capacity, please take into account that the plants grow and become significantly heavier through watering. Cymbidium and large cattleya are not among the plants that are suitable for stainless steel hangers.
