| Notes: | Den Mingle's Sapphire x cuthbertsonii is a cross of a blue-flowered, many-flowered Dendrobium (victoriae-reginae x gonzalesii) and the very small Dendrobium cuthbertsonii. The flowers are mostly larger than the plant at about 4-6cm. From the crossbreeding of Den. Mingle's Sapphire there is only a slight bluish cast in the flower color. These Dendrobium hybrids are very sensitive to excessive fertilizer applications (especially salt fertilizers), and many pesticides are not tolerated. Optimal is the use of unfertilized rainwater. The plant thanks you with several months of flowering. |
