Etymology: | haughtii = Oscar Lee Haught (1893-1975) was a geologist and amateur botanist who contributed approximately 900 plant specimens to the West Virginia University Herbarium. He also contributed 900 specimens for the United States National Herbarium, Colombia, and South America. He also collected plant and animal fossils in the Dunkard geological series. |

Notes: | This beautiful foliage plant with inconspicuous, white-yellow flowers that emerge from the leaf axils during flowering, was found only 3x in nature. It can be propagated by cuttings, and with good care grows into a dense "curtain". |
