Habitat:

hemiepiphtic, in warm and humid tropical forest, from Mexico to southern Brazil, on the Pacific and Atlantic coasts and inland, at altitudes of 200 - 2800m..

Notes:

Monstera deliciosa 'Thai Constellation' was artificially produced during meristem propagation in a laboratory in Thailand. This variety differs from the other 'spotted' Monstera by:
- clearly smaller mottling
- all leaves are always spotted, pure green leaves should not exist.
- when propagated, the "variegated" effect is maintained in any case.
- the mottling is more yellowish than white.
In the USA and other countries, Monstera deliciosa 'Thai Constellation' is also traded as a salt and pepper plant.
