Phil. Paraiso Verde is a philodendron with much ambiguity. There is a story that Senor Natalino, owner of the nursery Paraiso Verde (Green Paradise) discovered this plant in French Guiana. But it is also possible that it is a hybrid.
However, it seems certain that in 2016 Chandra G. Hendarto acquired parts of this plant in Brazil, which then reached Thailand via Indonesia, where they were subsequently propagated.
It will probably take some time and many studies of the plants and their offspring to eventually find out whether this variety is a natural form or a hybrid.
