Habitat: | Anthurium arisaemoides ranges from 300-2,000 m in Tropical moist forest and Tropical wet forest life zones. At the type locality in the Cordillera de Cutucu, A. arisaemoides grows terrestrially in dense stands in the forest understory and in its general aspect it is remarkably similar to Arisaema. The species frequently grows on soil in small groups or sometimes at the base of trees in moss. |
Notes: | This species likes it tropical. High terrariums for dendrobates are very suitable. |
