Propagation: division
Origin: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia
Habitat:

along the western Andes, terrestrial, also hemieiphytic at altitudes of 250 - 1900m.

Notes:

Anthurium croatii was already found in 1972 by Dr. Tom Croat, Michael Madison then described this species 6 years later.
This species is very variable, the single leaves are clearly different in width, with increasing age there can be up to 11 single leaves at the end of the petiole. The species 'Corrugado' offered here has very strongly wavy individual leaves, and is therefore considerably more attractive than the nominal form.
